To increase interaction between different members of the team & to create fun at workplace, second Saturday of every month is celebrated as Sports Day. Volley Ball, Ring Toss Table tennis and other group games are organized in which all officers and staff members participate.
For fresh & healthy start of the day, Pranayam & basic physical exercises are conducted. In monthly sales meeting at every regional office, sales people are also guided and trained to practice yoga to make their life stress free and healthy.
Subh Kamna Diwas
First Saturday of every month is celebrated as Shubh Kamna Diwas where all members having their birthdays/anniversaries in that particular month are wished & gifted a card duly signed by the MD. Tea parties & cultural activities are organized to create a vibrant & exciting atmosphere
Experience Sharing
Learning sessions are organized on fourth Saturday of every month where team members voluntarily share their success, failures & learnings.
Pooled Lunch
To make the work place more enjoyable and interesting, all the officers and staff take lunch together in a common lunch room. On the third Saturday, a pooled lunch is organized in which different people bring different items and everybody enjoys the preparations.
Vacations / Picnics
Short vacations to different locations (pilgrimage / historical / beautiful places) are organized every alternate year for the employees and their families to create bonding and strengthen social networking.
